“Liberal” in the Bible

KJV:

Thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy floor, and out of thy winepress: of that wherewith the LORD thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him. Deuteronomy 15:14

The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. Deuteronomy 15:14

The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful. Isaiah 32:5

But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand. Isaiah 32:8
